CHECK-IN
CHECK-IN TIME : from 15,00 to 22,00
If for reasons of force majeure it is not possible to arrive on schedule, it is essential to notify the reception
GUEST REGISTRATION
upon arrival you will be asked your customers their ID (identity document)
for communication to the competent police authorities.
Accepted documents: identity card, passport, driver's license.
Processing of personal data: in accordance with the law, all personal data shall be processed in order to fulfill the fiscal obligations.
CHECK-OUT
CHECK OUT TIME from 8.00 to 10.30
We inform our guests that the B & B is covered by insurance which can respond to any injury to customers.
Such insurance has coverage within the framework and for the period of stay ranging from check-in to check-out.
Customers can use the services of the B & B within the maximum time of release of the rooms, that is until 10.30 am on the day of departure.
PENALTY FOR DELAYED DEPARTURE
After 10.30 hours (time for the reorganization and cleaning for next guest), customer will be charged the cost of the room for 1 full day (unless different agreement between customer and owners)
EARLY DEPARTURE
The early departure (without reasons) will be paid a fee (by hotel regulations penalty equal to 3 nights)
PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:
-cash - Atm - Visa/MasterCard/Maestro
PARKING
Covered parking is open from 7.30 a.m. to 23.00.
It is forbidden to access it from 23.00 to 7.30, even walking, because you entered an alarm system/anti-theft.
NIGHT ENTRANCE
After 23.00 hours from deleted automatically by using the MAGNETIC CARD.
COLLISION DAMAGE
Guests meet and are called upon to compensate damage they caused or caused by people or animals under their responsibility.
The performance much to learn by age and by minors is deemed contractually relevant and therefore any transgression to the rules of this regulation and the common rules of civil coexistence Act, according to the final judgment rests upon developing owners, an immediate contract termination for fact and expulsion from the B & B within 5 hours of contestation of the factsIn this case the owners of the B & B are entitled to retain any amounts already paid and claim the remaining sums, even by way of damages, without prejudice to the right to compensation for greater damages found.

ROOMS
Children up to 3 years old in the baby-bed do not have to pay as 3rd person, but only the cot. 50.00.
You are still welcome to let us know the presence of the child at the time of booking (also by email )
It is strictly forbidden to use the warming room irons or stove. (Fire safety regulations)
It is strictly forbidden to prepare or eat meals in the room (hygienic rules).
The mini-bar,coffee and tea are available free of charge.
Every room has a safe to store money or valuables; customers are required to keep their subjects in the same. The B & B is not liable for any theft or loss.
Under no circumstances is allowed the numbers of guests exceed the number fixed in the booking (unless otherwise agreed).
Do not dispose of in the WC substances other than those for which it was designed. Do not clog the toilet with diapers, paper or other bulky material. Use the bins. The costs will be charged to the customer for possible bleeding.
CLEANING
Room cleaning is done every day (please have your belongings in order to enable it).
The daily tidying of the rooms is among the 9,30 and 12,30 am.
REGULATION POOL
The detailed regulation of the pool is exposed on the veranda next.
ANIMALS
The B & B offers the possibility to accommodate animals in your facility upon acceptance to the reservation.
The customer inside the facility is required to keep the animal in order to prevent causing damage or harassment to the customers and structure, should never be left alone in communal areas and garden, any bowel movements should be tied up and thrown into the appropriate bins.
Animals must be in compliance with the rules laid down by the regulations of hygiene and by the relevant laws in force.
In case of damage to property owners will be entitled to claim compensation or damages.
EXTERNAL GUESTS
It is not permitted for reasons of public security and insurance for guests to sign other people inside the building at any time.
RULES OF CONDUCT
In all indoor areas of B & B, including the rooms, smoking is prohibited (article 3 of Law 16/01/2003 51).
Guests are kindly requested to take advantage of the outdoor areas for smoking (porch, veranda, garden).
At any time within the structure, should be avoided behaviours, activities, games and using equipment that may disturb other guests.
Adults are responsible for the behavior of children in their care.
It is not allowed to enter into areas reserved for the staff, in the rooms of other guests without their permission, throw papers and rubbish outside the bins, trample flower beds or damaging plants and flowers.
EMERGENCY NUMBERS
Each infectious disease must be notified to reception.
There is a first aid kit that can be requested at Reception and a common bathroom on the ground floor in the/zona breakfast.

This regulation of the B & B Heidi means fully accepted and signed in all its points already when booking the room.
If you do not comply with the regulation in its entirety, we reserve the right to terminate your stay in our B & b. (non-compliance with the regulation as required by Italian law involves the removal of the host and the reporting to police authorities).
The management reserves the right to amend this regulation, which will be on display at the entrance and published on the website of B & b.
ACCOUNT:
The structure reserves the provision of a credit card pre - authorisation procedure within 14 days preceding checks - in a maximum of 50% of the amount of the reservation.
CANCELLATION:
If the reservation is cancelled until 14 days before check - in is free. If cancelled less than 14 days from check - in, the charge shall correspond to 50% of the amount of the reservation
In case of no show the entire amount will be charged.
